I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at 15Five (San Francisco, CA) in Sept 2022
Interview
Fairly in-depth for an entry-level role. I believe it was 4 interviews, including a panel interview. The questions asked were not the typical questions most companies asked. They were more creative and thoughtful. They wanted to see if you had a higher than normal EQ, and an understanding of how to express this.

Question 1
What is one way you overcome your own hurdles when emotionally drained or are feeling negative about your work tasks?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at 15Five
Interview
Straightforward and relatively easy. When I interviewed, these were the steps followed:
1. Recruiter connect w/ short assessment
2. 60 minute meeting with sales managers which included cold call role play
3. 30 minute meeting with SDR team members + 30 minutes with the sales director
4. 30 minute meeting with VP of Sales

Question 1
Q: Describe a challenge you faced at work and how you overcame it
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at 15Five (Raleigh, NC) in Jan 2024
Interview
Great initial conversation with recruiter who went over next steps, even sent over prep materials with expectations for round 2.
The 2nd interview was all over the place. The manager read from a script, provided no insight on the business, couldn't provide average metrics on how his team was performing, and followed zero percent of preparation materials sent over by the recruiter. Honestly, the hiring manager was all over the place, I couldn't ever get traction as to what he does or does not know. The experience led me to withdraw my application from consideration altogether. I couldn't imagine working for in a sales department for a company that can't even speak generally about how the company is performing in sales.
