First of all, I had good recommendations from friends and colleagues about this company. Once I heard they are organizing interviews on "PGA," I instantly decided to go there almost exclusively for this opportunity. I felt I had good chances. The interview there was really nice, and the person I talked to was friendly. This person was the same person all the way through the interview process.. Subsequently, I submitted my resume and portfolio and awaited further communication. Eventually, I received an invitation for an interview at the company's location, which made me feel happy and confident. I arrived at the location approximately 10-15 minutes early, as instructed, in order to complete a necessary step. Although I had to wait for about 25 minutes before the interview began, it didn't bother me. Once the interview commenced, I noticed some peculiarities. While discussing my experience, the second person I was interviewing with was eating. Despite this distraction, I tried my best to stay focused. Additionally, the same person seemed preoccupied with their phone and displayed a lack of interest in the interview. During the portfolio review, that person made a comment expressing a lack of trust in me. This statement left me feeling confused and less confident. It was disheartening to hear such feedback from someone I had only known for a short time. If there were concerns about trust, I wondered why I had been invited for an interview in the first place. After discussions here and there, 15 minutes into the interview, the second person left. I decided to continue the interview regardless, not to leave earlier and not to appear rude. The interview lasted approximately 45 minutes more with the first person, and it didn't feel right all the way through. Afterwards, I felt wronged, but I was hoping to be asked to do a test task as I usually succeed at it. After the interview, I felt a sense of injustice, but I remained hopeful that I would be asked to complete an additional task, as I usually excel in such assignments. I waited for 2 weeks and then I sent an email with questions regarding feedback and the decision, but I received no answer. After around 3 weeks, I called the same representative person and was asked to wait 2 hours until the person arrived at the office. I was expecting rejection, but I never heard back. I sent an additional email and called via phone once, but no one answered. I never got back. I've had a lot of interviews , and this one stood out like the most negative one in my career.
