Interview was rather easy and only took a few days. There was reference check performed. Also some back and forth on the phone. Questions were pretty typical of a 1:1 interview, probably because this was an entry level sales position. I was allowed to ask as many questions as i liked. Overall a good experience!!!

Two Phone interviews then in person interview. Show me around the office, and listened in to a call and told me what I’d be expecting on the job . Seemed a bit excessive

Interview
Interview was fast, efficient. Easy interview. Be yourself. They hire based on the fit, not based on skill, so be a happy, bubbly person and you've got a good shot at the job. They hire and fire a lot, though, so make sure you show up 10-15 minutes early your first few weeks. I'd say 30% of new hires don't survive the first month.
