No Shifts, Navigators get placed on call first. Managers seem stressed out all the time. Fun place to work but sometimes its over complicated since thing always change on a whim

Very casual interview held in a meeting room with one of the managers. Very simple questions and that I would be expected to lift couches and fridges in the trucks. Was told in the interview that I would be making $22/hr; however, I was actually only paid $11/hr. Even with profit share added into the wage, I was only working for $13/hr for more than 12-14hrs/ day.
