After clearing the tests, there was a one-on-one HR round where communication, confidence, and customer service orientation were evaluated. The panel was friendly and made me feel comfortable, while also checking my ability to handle real-time situations. Overall, the process tested typing speed, attention to detail, and clarity in communication.
