After clearing the tests, there was a one-on-one HR round where communication, confidence, and customer service orientation were evaluated. The panel was friendly and made me feel comfortable, while also checking my ability to handle real-time situations. Overall, the process tested typing speed, attention to detail, and clarity in communication.

Interview is very easy just need good communication skills , 1st round hr, 2nd assessment round, 3rd operational round , good office infrastructure, corporate lyf and hr team is friendly
