Micromanagement, terrible supervisors, managers are awful, they do not know what they are doing, low pay, workers smoking outside and not telling them anything, emotional abuse, fake coaching, they will run you dry, 9 hours a day, strict system, will write you up a final warning unjustifiably, quantity over quality, they are always hiring this should tell you enough, fakest people,

Good management, great salary, good compensations

Facilities are not that great especially sleeping quarters.
