      management is wonderful, the training is great, the employees and culture is great. Good company to get your foot in the door.

      The pay is subpar, the health benefits aren't that good, the bonus pay structure for management and employees are not good either.

      -The training as someone who is entering into the BPO industry is very sound. -Pay is average considering the type of industry the company is as well as considerations from other BPOs in the country. -Grat place to start out in the worl of work.

      Micromanagement, terrible supervisors, managers are awful, they do not know what they are doing, low pay, workers smoking outside and not telling them anything, emotional abuse, fake coaching, they will run you dry, 9 hours a day, strict system, will write you up a final warning unjustifiably, quantity over quality, they are always hiring this should tell you enough, fakest people,
