Pros
Overall a great place to work. The company is on a mission to change the world. You will enjoy VG if you work hard, stay motivated, and believe in the long term vision of the company. Pay is great and the facilities are very nice. You get the opportunity to work with some of the best and brightest in the industry. Management is doing a better job at being transparent. VG might not be the right place for you if you are just trying to collect a paycheck.

Some systems and applications can use some improvement. More opportunities for upward mobility.
