I could say they don't outsource or that they have competitive pay or they care but that would all be a lie
Cons
They have stopped doing raises. They told us they would promote from within and they haven't once in fact they just ignore people who ask. They don't care. And they lie to appease when you talk to someone about a problem and then just ignore the issue. They leave teams under over-worked management that doesn't have time to help and when asked direct questions never give a straight answer
