We do want to clarify several points for accuracy: In 2024 we achieved our target for the company incentive plan and paid out bonuses @ 100% in April of this year. (we are on a customary annual incentive program) We also completed our merit increase process and rewarded employees that are achieving their objectives and personal growth plans. Finally, we also have a healthy number of promotions throughout the year. We remain committed to doing right by our team and continuously improving, while we build a great company with great people who are focused on taking care of customers and taking care of each other.
