Cons
Where to begin. Like many, I loved Tinuiti at first. I thought I had found an agency that was finally different and really cared about their people. But the people-centric way of thinking was thrown out the window when times got tough financially, and since then the C-suite leadership has literally said they are moving to a client-centric way of thinking.
From the 3 layoffs over the course of a roughly 8 month period, to the removal of bonuses/yearly merit increases, to the lack of thought-provoking leadership, to the overallocating of work (Tinuiti's allocation method of determining client profitability and employee workload is wholeheartedly a joke) with no career growth incentive, I lost hope and luckily eventually found another job where I am now very happy and supported.
Tinuiti's current way of working is, well, not working. It hasn't been working. When I left, it looked like they were attempting another restructure coming in 2024 to help, but at this point, I have so little faith in leadership that I wouldn't hold your breath if you are considering working here.
