Riddled with ethical violations, DOI complaints and complete and utter lack of compliance, this place is owned and operated by dumb and dumber (owner and president). With the company undergoing about 4 major layoffs within 3 years, this place reeks of failure. In November of 2024 the owner announced they would be withholding 10% of everyone’s paycheck until June of 2025 when you will not get the backpay, but you will get the 10%. Fast forward to June and there is another major layoff and only 2% back to those who kept their jobs. None of that stopped the company from buying another building, or brand-new signs and flying their company jet and the owner talks to his employees like dirt. I have yet to meet a single satisfied client. Employees there are great and work hard, but they allow certain employees, like the lady who does the ID cards, to harass and intimidate the Account Managers. Once a complaint was made to human resources and the person who made the complaint got into trouble. Even employees have a hard time getting their claims processed here. I can go on and on. I do not see this place surviving past 5 years at best

Pay is competitive. Work from home policy is flexible, although they are pushing to have people come in the office beginning 1/1/24. Mostly everyone is easy to get along with and works as a team. PTO is comparable to most companies.

These cons are from my perspective as an exempt employee. There is very little management structure, and the structure that is in place does not always make sense. Some people are placed under managers just so they can say they have a manager. Communication in general is almost non-existent throughout the company. Expectations are not defined, Performance evaluations do not occur, and therefor merit increases do not occur on a regular basis. Decisions are made at the top with little input from the people doing the work.

It's unfortunate to see, but this business has been in decline for a few years now. Baffling decisions have been made - no communication from managers. Things are always cobbled together last minute. Most of the employees were laid off or found work elsewhere. Here is hoping they turn it around in the future.
