Pay is good and there is room for advancement, the benefits are decent.

Mandatory overtime with short notice, working 7 days a week most weeks. You don't find out if you have to work the weekend or not. So it's very hard to plan a life. The money wasn't worth the work/life balance there. I had no life.

- room for advancement - benefits - chocolate - SOME great leaders remain - if you are willing to act as a henchman for certain leaders, you will be okay - great place to start your career

- company has lost direction - culture has been obliterated - senior and exec leaders who have terrible scores on company surveys aren’t held accountable. Instead are rewarded with more power despite creating a toxic culture - company has become cut throat out of fear of job security since last layoffs - lost amazing employees during last round of layoffs and didn’t acknowledge impact to teams. Told people to “smile” one day after obliterating teams. - yearly merit raises were removed and people who had higher salaries due to years of strong performance were told they’re paid too much (receiving nearly no raises) - benefits continue to be cut every year
