How is management perceived at The Andersons?

Great history, strong management and lots of growth opportunities.

Little to say that is negative. The company is in growth mode and is a fun place to work. Management is strong and willing to provide learning opportunities throughout the organization.

Family-oriented, As well as with good overtime opportunities.

Work ethic is lacking with other workers when supervisors aren't watching all the time.

None the management doesn't care about you.

Management, constant changing of rules, inconsistency, favoritism

Easy to get the job, but then you think what I am doing here. Surviving this circus for 3-5 years made me appreciate a more decent company with less miserable people.

The Andersons ( Canada) people apparently have inherited jobs from the old management buddies and cannot be fired, Employ discord, passive aggressions to maintain their privileges. The clique has this rule that they never talk to employees with lower titles during the lunch hour. Are you hiding something ?

Most coworkers were nice, management was very understanding of challenges as they had grown from the same previous roles.

Pay was low and raises were less than the inflation increase year after year, you essentially take a pay cut every year. Closed-minded employees created a less than ideal culture.

Work asked to be done is dangerous at times. My boss supervisor was killed in an accident

Friendly atmosphere Supervisors were great Decent vacation time

Pay isn't the best, low for experienced people

Supportive management / peers. Leniency once value and commitment is shown.

Pay could be better. Slightly under market value I believe.
