Pros
- A great team of senior leaders who CARE about the employees and the work we do
- Great company values that are embedded into our culture 'Push for better, Own it, Back each other and Think impact'.
- Great work place benefits - AA breakdown cover, Eye care vouchers, free mental health support and GP services, gym memberships and an abundance of discounts for shopping, food and days out
- Diverse and inclusive - There are various employee networks such as 'Pride' where The AA have attended several Pride events across the UK whilst supporting the LGBTQIA + community. As a gay man myself I feel very welcome here!
- Great pay and bonus opportunities
- Great progression opportunities and a push for internal progression
- Great investment in staff experience and development - lots of learning courses available from experts in the industry and opportunities to learn new skills
- An amazing office to work in! we have recently moved office and it is beautiful, the views are described as the hanging gardens of Babylon from the windows as you're working and the office is sleek, modern and light.
- The people are great, there is a real passion for what we do and the culture is brilliant.
- The charity work and social events are great and this helps the culture of the business as we are always thinking impact and giving back. Trying to improve the moral and look after each other.
Cons
Lack of IT investment funding - we are always 'glass half full' and pushing for better and therefore our wish list is always extensive and unfortunately the budget is not unlimited.
