I felt surrounded by incredibly intelligent people, most of who were humble and hungry as well. I loved my day to day but also the mission of what we were doing and this was a common experience. I felt valued and empowered. I had a healthy work life balance with realistic expectations for performance and excellent leadership.

Poor management, they only care about numbers, they rather have quantity over quality. Disrespectful towards service members. Nepotism, if you're friends with the managent is easy to get a promotion. No matter if you have senority over people they only help people in their circle.
