I'm currently working for TTI, my first job post-college, and I couldn't be happier with my decision. TTI offers an amazing, extensive training program, and the people within the company are truly the best. I consider myself fortunate to have found TTI through LinkedIn; I quickly connected with someone, and before I knew it, my journey with TTI began. Graduating from college, I had my doubts—I didn't think I'd find a job right away, let alone one that I actually enjoy but TTI made it easy! There are countless opportunities for professional development, and many amazing experiences!

There are no cons for this position.

TTI is a company that truly cares for their employees. Everyone in the company starts in the same entry level position and then they only promote internally. I love this aspect of the company because I can talk to anyone in any position with a starting conversation of their time in that first role. As someone who has been promoted to their second role, it is very validating. The training is also very thorough, and you can learn all aspects of sales, marketing, operations, and management from a beginner's perspective.

One con would be that there are limited opportunities for career growth unless you are willing to relocate and move to a city where we have a corporate headquarters. This may not be the best case scenario for most people since there are only 3 cities where you can work at corporate. It is tough to feel that your professional movement is stagnant if you are unable to uproot your life and move elsewhere.
