Lots of fun activities and free seminars, inclusive culture, work-life balance, approachable leaders
Cons
Massive layoffs and rotational shifts, including late night hours

Thank you for your feedback! We're glad you enjoyed the activities, inclusive culture, and work-life balance. We understand your concerns and appreciate your input as we continue working to improve.
Travel opportunities (if you’re a favourite), good friends, multiple departments, good development, always expected to be working after shift to finish workload
Cons
Could be better pay, no appreciation of hard work, management only acknowledging their ‘favourites’, scare-mongering people off sick

USAA made most things fire-able on the first mistake (without proper training and instructions)
USAA work instructions are usually vague and hard to locate.
