      Pros

Great work life balance. I came from a former firm where we worked over 60 hours a week and work was very heavy. I have been at TD for about half a year and it does not seem super hectic. My management is very helpful and always there when I have questions. I am also happy with my pay for my position. Again I also came from a firm where the pay was lacking, so what I'm getting paid now is way better than whatever I was getting paid before

      Cons

Work can be repetitive and if you did not come from a bank background, the terminology is something you need to pick up on. Lack of facetime. Me and my team work from home so there is really no opportunity to physically interact. Only teams video calls.
