The structure of each account team is a little disorganized and leadership does not take ownership like VPs or directors. The supervisors and managers are running accounts owning the work, which I have seen burnout employees.

Great salary, however, no maternity leave and strict policies surrounding workplace expenses. Central monitoring team is helpful.

Management at Syneos is horrible. Managers feed lies in interviews, then change their tune as soon as you start. Promotion opportunities are promised but limited. My LM was highly incompetent and I wish to never cross paths with them again in my career. Work-life balance is horrible. You will often work large amounts of overtime, do a lot of interstate travel and be asked to monitor 2-3x as much as expected.
