Pay is lower than competitors however the company culture is better than competitors. Resourcing issues means large workloads for some teams.

- politics - everything is so serious - zero emphasis on culture - while pay is good, other forms of recognition are terrible - micro managers (maybe just my team) - boring work, kind of behind the 8ball in a lot of ways - toxic positivity I also appreciate that this experience might be different in other departments.
