How is management perceived at Stong's Markets?

Most people working there were friendly and the overall vibe was good

Work could be intense and demanding sometimes but it's a good way to practice time management

Staff here are so friendly and help each others.

There is not that much room for progress in this position. Maximum becoming a supervisor

- entry level position that's easy for students to get - free food and drinks

(I worked here a few years ago so things may have changed) - inadequate training - not much support (as a young, recently hired teenager I was expected to work shifts at the cafe alone) - rude and condescending boss (of the entire store, not the cafe) who made me cry - minimum wage job - customers can be mean - not the easiest workplace to make friends in

It’s fine if you just wanna do your job and leave. You won’t be moving up in the company and management is pretty meh.

Def some rude lifetime staff work here. Who are holier than thou.
