Usually great friendly customers, great hours, friendly staff, some great tips once in a while.

Customers rarely tip the drivers, but they are definitely not to blame because it’s the company’s responsibility to pay its workers more. The company pays us minimum wage for high risk of robbery. Only 10 percent discount of products.

You might make some some really good friends along the way while you’re passing through.

Not a good place to work, okay for short term but then you need to move on. There is no diversity in management. Many managers have a very high opinion of themselves and treat others as if they are beneath them. You can’t apply for positions. Hard work does not pay off. Only certain handpicked people are promoted. Nothing but favoritism. Inadequate management. They use temps and get rid of them and there is an extremely high turnover. Pay raises are basically non existent. Empty promises. Constantly changing shift times several times per year with no notices. Start 2nd and 3rd shifts and then end them within a few months and then months later wash rinse repeat. They used to have weekly raffles and they took that away. They don’t care about the employees. No HR onsite.

Stiiizy is actively exploiting people trying to get a foot in the door of the industry and people that don’t know better. Whether it’s only offering part time positions to anyone not in management. To looking down on experience and bragging about how people with lots of experience and success in the industry don’t make it at stiiizy. Everything is set up for stiiizy to push all blame for any issues onto employees. They give their employees no trust, give them the bare minimum, are condescending and set people up for failure. Then they wonder why they have so much turnover. They’re huffing their own farts if they think that the way they’re running things is good and effective, only thing keeping stiiizy alive is VC money and cart sales
