They say they pay top of the scale of all regionals, don’t be fooled, it’s usually less than a dollar. They insult us with pay wages, telling us we’re not mainline therefore not deserving of mainline pay, all while the CEO gets paid like a mainline CEO. They can never afford anything when it comes to flight attendants. Yeah, we got boarding pay, but it’s a temporary revision they can take away any time. Management is unprofessional from the training department to the people who handle disciplinary. Unprofessional. They should be ashamed, truly.
