There's a large disconnect from our department to the rest of the sinch platform. We have a diverse work culture because of all the acquisitions that can be a roadblock in many cases.

Management across the board outside of a few in Mailgun/Email are becoming corporate machines. The great leadership members were all run out of town and replaced by corporate servants. It's funny they can't see what works well for their #1 producing org and apply it elsewhere. Instead, they do the opposite. Check the stock price, they have no clue what they are doing. No one has any opportunity to be promoted. You can get "exceeds expectations" and get a 1% raise. But when they backfill you, they have no problem paying 30% more for a worse employee. No bonuses, no motivation to work hard, they don't get it. Company is on a hiring freeze every year, we cannot backfill most of our team.

Growth in career roles is hard, since it is cluster of small companies together. More people are opting to work from home. there is no real hangout or socializing is happening after pandemic.

Higher ups tend to always opt into Micromanagement. Their HR (in PH) are not helpful and unresponsive. Salary offers seems to be low for a Senior role. Slow processing of onboarding and offboarding. Managers dont communicate well. They hate A.I.
