Company starting to get a little too big lending itself to more bureaucracy; very challenging to exceed quota to get into accelerators; if there is a down-sell at time of customer renewal renewal, it can be punitive.

Nice offices. Remote contracts are available. Good management who allow flexibility with home life. Good benefits and good package compared to otehr companies at same level
