What is working from home like at Sea Monster?

Sea Monster becoming a remote first company has definitely been a massive improvement to job satisfaction. The ability to work from home and only come in for certain meetings and then be able to go back home is a dream come true for any creative that enjoys being able to lock in with zero distractions. Coms with team has been great as well despite everyone being remote.

Might be expected to do more than what you signed on for, all though that could be a positive for some.
