I liked the people I worked with.

Poor director and senior director. If you didn't "kiss the ring" you were outside the circle. You can work very hard but no recognition. A lot of favoritism in my department. No opportunity to move up.

Not flexible work hours, very strict work from home policy (which is understandable)

There are a lot advancement opportunities.

The pay is nor great.

Large regional organization with a large variety of career opportunities in healthcare industry.

-Managerial turnover appears to be high. This seemed to be a consequence of burnout. The clinic I primarily worked at had three different administrators and clinical supervisors in two years. -While starting pay is better than an entry level position at a large retail box store such as Walmart or Target - it is not by much. Considering the amount of knowledge and training required to do the job competently - it should have been more. -Your ability to do your job effectively does not seem to be sufficient. Making the right people happy at the right time seemed to be a prerequisite to acquire immunity for any minor mistake made. And due to the ever changing standard required by each individual doctor, mistakes will be made. -The clinic communication app, WebX became less about conveying pertinent information related to coordinating tasks and more about passive aggressiveness and gossip via direct message.

-the parking is not ideal
