YES part time emoyees DO get benefits. Medical as long as you work 24 hrs. Per week ALSO after 3 yrs. You get dental. Union is the way to go. After 5 years you qualify for a pension when you retire.

You will only get a raise if minimum wage goes up OR if you ask & request is granted. But that's been the same of all jobs I've had.
