What is the salary like at Rockwell Automation?

People are very nice and it’s easy to move to different departments if you want to try something different. The campus is nice and features a pretty outdoor area. The flexible hours in the summer is nice and most people just work 4 days then.

The pay is not competitive and the culture isn’t really the best. Engineering requirements are often unclear and there’s way too much bureaucracy.
