As a remote first company with just a few team / company get togethers scattered across the year, Rescale might not provide ample opportunities for in person engagement that someone starting out their career might need or seek.

There are a lot of very intelligent people that are great to work with.

The culture and direction of the company have changed significantly. There is a greater drive for efficiency that is driving high levels of burnout. Not a lot of growth opportunities.
