Pros
You get an offer for full-time employment with benefits, They offer Fastrak, Gas Card, and an allowance of $580 a month for car and cell phone expenses. It sounds good at first but doesn't amount to much.
Cons
You don't get full-time employment as your manager will constantly be telling you to clock out before your true 8 hour shift is done. The health insurance is convoluted and not concrete. There is an insane amount of driving on your personal vehicle to have this job. We are talking about a ridiculous amount such as 1,300-1,600 every two weeks. If you want to exacerbate your vehicles engine and utility by all means say yes to this Job. Management is a joke and everyone in the higher roles of management are morbidly obese and truly do not care about their health. The president of the company is literally a comedian. Couldn't have been a more incompetent company when it comes to taking care of the work force and there are constantly mistakes from all sectors of this ravenous monster that literally steals money from its clients with terrible deals.
When I first went in to accept the job they tried slipping me a contract to sign for $3 less than what we had agreed which was $28. They attempted to pull a fast one on me and I should have seen that as a RED Flag. They promptly corrected this mistake but I know what they were doing. THEY KNOW WHAT THEY WERE DOING. & NOw you know what they are doing. I'd name drop but I understand that may be unprofessional on my part. Who know maybe I'll do a whistleblowing article on Twitter.
