Pros
- Remote work with equipment included - Good job for someone fresh out of college wanting to experience sales. But this is very much just a glorified call center. - Decent work/life balance - They do find awesome people to work with. - Good sales training for this type of sales.
Cons
- The pay is bad. Especially for the industry - 60-day waiting period for insurance - You will sometimes have to guilt trip your way into a sale. They call it a "SQUEEZE". - Revolving door of employees. People dropping like flies constantly. - Print media, its dying. It works to an extent but honestly, there are cheaper methods that deliver the same result nowadays.
