No vision no value and mentally burned culture. The founder are just not interested in any employee grievance or bullying done by leaders who are insecure and plays politics. HR is part of this disturbing environment. Paroduct head acts like he owns life of every employee only word he say I don't care I want it now without having a clue how it's done .

We have some strong leads who are people with core engineering background and are considerate of new ideas. Company leaders are driven by sustainable growth and talk about not burning funds incessantly.

There are communication gaps within tech teams but it's being worked upon.
