It a rare company with a very humble , polite , highly intelligent top management who takes time to coach, listen and improve issues.
Quest have a very good recruitment team and training programs to train managers for such successions and will quickly adopt new changes and discard old useless practice.
Cons
Salary is not market competitive and promotion for some countries and work hours are long for certain departments and others could be under utilized. Some Managers exploits Apac zone employee's time during leave, weekends and post office hours as long as their countries employment law don't take care of this part.
