Cons
Stress, horrible communication from upper management. You will always feel like you might be fired at any moment.
Pros
Work from home schedule and time off
Cons
Adherence and the micromanaging were terrible
Pros
TOWOP - which isn’t really a pro but if you need time off during the day and you don’t mind not being paid for it then great option when available (only available in increments most times) Incentives - sell a certain amount Upsells in a month there’s a small incentive like $25/$50 also AHT/Quality score if you were in a certain percentage theres up to $150 available per month Unpaid time off - sometime when it’s slower season, they’ll send out emails offering certain weeks off but it’s no pay and first come first serve but hey you get the time off Benefits - honestly their awesome, health dental and vision at a good price
Cons
- SO many calls, during busy season you’ll be nonstop. The Que was as high at 450 during Christmas season - outdated systems their using so when something goes down in the network for everyone it’s chaos - the customer will pay past due easy pays then the system won’t recognize they’ve paid and they call to get it fixed, we submit the activity and seems to never get resolved on the first go around - schedule changes / bids come out and it’s definitely hard to get those - restroom is a challenge sometimes, you have to aux for it and let your sup know why you’re in aux and don’t be gone too long

Pros
Great team members. Customers usually pleasant to interact with here. Time off without distractions pay is frequently available.
Cons
All about extra sales and then more sales in addition to that now. Won’t increase call minute time, but adding on credit card application offers, extra items to offer each call. Could handle a difficult customer, reinstate her sale, and still get penalized for an extra minute.
Pros
Nice co workers, lot's of time off without pay.
Cons
Comapny is only focused on making money now and does not mind firing you if you if you don't meet their unattainable sales numbers. Some of us have been here years and now are at risk of being fired for not making this company more money while the CEO gets over 3 million in bonuses.
Pros
They are good with having time off if needed.
Cons
the calls are usually back to back all day nonstop
Pros
You get paid for the work
Cons
Overworked and underpaid Customer are extremely entitled and though Qvc has policy and procedures put in place we don't have to follow to make the customer feel more entitled No sick leave; receive points if you have to take unplanned time off due to being sick and those points add up to being terminated
Pros
Employee Discount . paid time off, Benefits
Cons
for the pay the work you do is not worth it, spoken to it you take a few seconds between calls
Pros
Unpaid time off is usually available
Cons
Quality is always reviewing your calls and will fail you on even the slightest thing. Examples would be- if you and the customer accidentally speak at the same time Quality will see it as over talking the customer. If you try and engage with the customer to build rapport to try and sell that customer an item which is a requirement in order to keep your job Quality will see it as unnecessary time on the call. If you do not address the customer by both names on a account. Their ridiculous Quality evaluations is why I left the job after numerous years.
