Like any fast-growing company, things can move quickly and processes are always evolving, but I’ve found that leadership is open to feedback and actively working to improve.

The company has a clear mission and provides meaningful client work, along with opportunities to grow and gain exposure across different HR functions. It’s also an evolving organization that remains open to feedback and committed to continuous improvement.

Some recent benefits changes were disappointing. As the company scales, there can be overlap or lack of refinement between service lines. At times, workload can feel stretched due to growth and evolving structure. Total rewards could be more competitive, and implementing an annual bonus structure would be much appreciated!
