Cons
-The promotions without a pay increase are demoralizing.
-Compensation package is pathetic,
-Too many opportunities and demands. Its hard to turn off, even on weekends.
-The glass ceiling is way too low.
-The C-Suite and Senior leadership are tone deaf, M&A acquiring too many useless companies.
-C Suite's attitude toward the sales engineering team is disrespectful and shows lack of empathy or gratitude for a team that's basically carrying the sales on their back.
