What is the hiring process like at Poo~Pourri?

Seems like a fun place to work.

Just felt the need to voice my disappointment after what I thought was a very unprofessional hiring process. Several weeks ago, the hiring manager reached out to me to express interest in an available position. After a pleasant initial screening call, I was then asked to take a personality assessment, which was fine. After that, I was completely ghosted. I reached out multiple times for clarification on next steps, but I was ignored. No word on whether I was still being considered, no word on whether they were moving forward with another candidate, no feedback whatsoever. Feels like a bullet dodged on my end and a completely unacceptable format for wasting the time of interested candidates.
