What is the hiring process like at Planview?

The interview process was quick and flexible. The hiring and onboarding process was smooth and relaxed with good management and good company perks like snacks and drinks. The teams are very welcoming and want to see you succeed.

Great people, welcoming, knowledgeable, helpful and many people have been here +10 years which is always a great sign. The internal support for employees is fantastic. The people in the hiring process were great the HR team shone.

Lots of products to learn. Overly long hiring process for contract roles however very thorough.

Throughout the process, the recruiter and hiring manager were forthright and plain-speaking and communicative. The interview process (which includes a panel) was rigorous, well thought out and very fair.

So far, so good. Just started.

The recruitment process stood out immediately — open, communicative, and genuinely accommodating around my existing work schedule. It felt welcoming throughout rather than like a one-sided interview process, which set the tone for everything that followed. Now in the role, the quality of how Planview operates is evident straight away. The resources available to get you up to speed are exceptional, and crucially they actually give you the time to learn them properly — nothing is rushed or thrown at you without purpose. Everything is done intentionally, which as a new starter makes a real difference. Genuinely a breath of fresh air.

Don't have any if you do the work the tools are given to you.

I recently joined Planview, and my experience from interview to onboarding has been very positive. The interview process was well structured and transparent, with clear communication at every stage. The onboarding sessions were organized and informative, especially the explanation of the Career Framework. Overall, a smooth and welcoming experience so far.
