Training will give you everything you need to succeed and there are endless training materials at your disposal. Teamwork was highly encouraged, but you also learn how to independently support your plants and customers. Customer relationship was very positive and work life balance could not be better.

Only downside is slightly low pay based on industry average, however, there is lots of opportunity for promotion and managers do a great job of encouraging the team to apply for new internal openings.
