Training will give you everything you need to succeed and there are endless training materials at your disposal. Teamwork was highly encouraged, but you also learn how to independently support your plants and customers. Customer relationship was very positive and work life balance could not be better.

Only downside is slightly low pay based on industry average, however, there is lots of opportunity for promotion and managers do a great job of encouraging the team to apply for new internal openings.

The weekly pay and yearly salary is good money. Better if you are going out of town. If you need a job close to home and a weekly guaranteed money its a great job for you.

Management is horrible childish high school drama. You are assigned to a route when hired unless you are flex. They will always try and have you do extra work but will not pay you. You will never get a raise at the company. The big man in charge could care less about the drivers or our safety. They only tote safety when it effect them other then that they could care less about you.

Scheduled 50 hours a week plus being on call, understaffed and no respect for work life balance. Staff can be nice but job far too demanding with too little support. Culture Hhghly dependent on your direct supervisor as well
