What are sales commissions like at Pandora Jewelry?

Great commission scheme and the current management isn't so bad

There is no break if you work 5 hours or less but legally they are supposed to provide a 10 minute break for 5 hours or less

Decent pay and flexible hours

Lousy commission structure and upper management only cares about sales no matter how slow it is

I enjoyed working as a sales associate at Pandora. There was no competition because we weren't on commission, so there was more of a camaraderie between employees and we always tried to help each other out. I left in 2019, but this location had a great manager back then. I am not sure if she is still there or not.

Not super high pay, but I'm not sure if it's gone up since I left. It was higher than most of the other stores in the mall at that time.

no stability when it comes to schedule, team leads only get 32 hours,so if its a slow season, there will be cut hours, overall manager's management is poor and schedules are sent out late and are sent out on a weekly basis not biweekly

They act like their measly commission means they expect way more work out of you than the hourly salary actually pays. Stay away if you don't have a passion for cheap jewelry.
