Mountain-top culture emphasizes internal authority and hierarchy. This can lead to a suppressed environment where lower-level employees lack a sense of involvement and initiative.employees hesitate to voice their opinions or questions the decisions of top level managers, which can hinder innovation within the company.

PTO is great, happy Friday WFH 2 days per week because the office is smaller now Office provides fruits and snacks

Management is not as transparent. Need staff to rapidly adapt changes, like lay offs, restructure. They will ask staff to perform PVH listen anonymously but in fact it’s not. If you keep a good relationship with senior management then you will be fine. Bullying happens in the company while they promote inclusivity and diversity. People who are professional at their job gets laid off and will replace by cheap labour.
