Administration that does care about nurses
Always short staffed
Inappropriate pt assignments and floors

No doctors or NP avaliable between 0550-0745
Low pay compared to other organizations
Blame staff for poor data, like time takes to waste meds from when it was given, instead looking at the root cause of problem of lack of nurse. Keep adding more and more work for nurse, shift are no longer 12:30 hours they are 13-16 hours
