Pros
-Supervisors and the people you work with -There’s quite a bit of down time
-Pay is not bad, if you can get through your tiers quick
-Lots of opportunity to move throughout the factory
Cons
They tell you it pays $26 - $28 hr but they don’t tell you, you actually start at $20! They do offer $1.90 pay bonus for working night shift but you won’t see the rest of your hourly rate, until you’ve completed their training tiers (which is an extra $1.90 per tier, until you reach tier 3. They say it’s at your own pace but I was ready to test out of my tiers and I waited MONTHS and it wasn’t until they found out I was interviewing for a new job, that they tested me out, the week I was leaving. I lost $2000 by not getting that raise in just 2.5 months, waiting on my tier to increase.
