The pay is awful, salary and especially commission is an absolute joke. No incentives, and most of the people that work there were highly uneducated. Anyone could work this job, you do not need any skill set whatsoever. It was embarrassing what poor grammar my "managers" exercised.

They have constant layoffs and the salaries are below market value. Promotions are if they like you or who you know.
