What is working from home like at Myer?

Promotions often go to family members or people in relationships with other senior leaders. Unreasonable expectations and workloads Expected to be contactable 24/7 because the company uses what's app for communication. Your personal phone number will no longer be personal even though you haven't provided consent for it to be handed out. Myer doesn't pay for your phone either. Overtime and having to complete work from home because office hours are so restricted Low salary in comparison to other retailers

Great people and WFH policy

Poor salary for what industry was paying, had to log on at weird hours

Amazing team members and flexible work arrangements

Some area/brand managers are rude and bullies.

Flexible working is the only reason I am still here

Terrible management and leaders Toxic culture No opportunities - consultants get preferential treatment Consultant lead internal teams Harsh penalties for anything deemed to not align with management's "story"
