Management is amazing and makes you feel understood and valued. They give you freedom to merchandise which is really fun.

Alot of time is spent folding jeans and reorganizing everything. The pay could be better and advancement opportunities are almost non existent. And rarely do you get 2 days off in a row.

The discount is amazing and if you make friends with the other employees it can be super enjoyable

Pay rate isn’t the best because corporate thinks we can survive on lower wages even though cost of living is high in Wyoming.
