What are some insights into the application process at Morgan Stanley?

You work on a small team that delivers features on small application that serves a particular team.

Can be boring and very little growth oppurtunties.

Good people (except corporate HR), reasonable benchmarks for those born to sell.

Forget moving elsewhere in the company. Corporate HR (HR at the investment bank) is vicious. Was told to go to Harvard and then they would consider my application.
