How is management perceived at Minogue Medical?

The medical products are innovative and reliable.

I felt like I was fighting for respect everyday. The boss prioritized their ego over team support, creating an atmosphere where neglect was standard and far kept everyone on edge. Efforts and ideas were often dismissed unless they boosted their ego. It wasn't about results or teamwork: it was about feeding a narcissist need for control. Employees were left feeling undervalued and unheard.

The management pushes the employees too far. Our supervisors kept ordering us around and giving us responsibilities that shouldn't be given to us. As every month passes, employees get more and more tasks and have to accomplish longer, and longer work hours. I would have avoided this company if I knew this will be the case.

I can't think of any pros to working here. You're better off looking somewhere else.

Employees aren't given adequate training, management fails to properly communicate, workloads are often overwhelming, incredibly-fast paced and stressful. Not a place I'd recommend anyone to work at.
